Sometimes the reason for the high temperature of the mixer is caused by the viscosity of the lubricating oil. If the viscosity of the lubricating oil is too high, the fluidity will be correspondingly poor, resulting in the increase of the operating load of the mixing bearing, and then the increase of the friction, and the temperature will increase with the friction speed. However, if the viscosity of the lubricating oil is low, the lubricating effect will become poor, so the friction of the mixer parts will increase when they are running. The work of the reducer is to overcome the friction. If the friction is too large, the temperature of the reducer will naturally rise, which requires that the lubricating oil should be replaced in time, and the lubricating oil should be selected with appropriate viscosity, too high and too low will occur. In addition to the problem of lubricating oil, the forced concrete mixer may also cause high temperature due to unbalanced installation, low voltage and unstable voltage, as well as small separation clearance of motor brake, which must be paid attention to.
