Solution of valve failure in concrete plant

(1) The reverse valve of the concrete mixing device cannot slow down or reverse, usually due to insufficient lubrication, spring damage or jamming, jamming or impurities, and sliding caused by oil and other reasons. In this regard, first check that the oil mist works normally and the lubricating viscosity is appropriate. If necessary, wet and clean the sliding part of the return valve or replace the spring and return valve.
 
(2) After long-term use, reversible valves in concrete plants are prone to slide valve seal wear, valve stem and valve seat damage, resulting in gas leakage in the valve. The valve is slow or similar and can not change the normal fault. At this time, the seal, rod and valve seat need to be replaced, or the change-over valve needs to be replaced.
 
(3) If the electromagnetic pilot valve and vent of the concrete plant are blocked, sludge and other sundries are strictly closed, the moving core is stuck, circuit failure, etc., which can not lead to the normal reversing of the valve. For the first three cases, clean the sediment and impurities on the test valve and movable iron core. Circuit faults are generally divided into control circuit faults and solenoid coil faults. Before checking the circuit faults, the manual valve handle must rotate several times to see whether the rated pressure valve will appear when switching normally. If the normal switching circuit fails, check whether the instrument can measure the voltage of the solenoid valve to see whether it reaches the rated voltage. If the voltage is too low, You must further check the power of the control circuit and the corresponding disconnection circuit. If the valve does not work when switching at rated voltage, please check whether the solenoid connector (plug) is loose or solid. The method is to disconnect the plug by measuring the coil resistance (usually hundreds of ohms to thousands of ohms). If the resistance is too large or too small, the solenoid is damaged and should be replaced
